The Frozen Meat Trade Association's weekly quotations for tho undermentioned classes of frozen meat are based on actual sales of not fewer than 100 carcases of mutton, or lamb, or twenty-five carcases of beef, of fair average quality. These quotations are not for selected lines, but for parcels fairly representative, of tho bulk of the shipments now on the'market: —

Babbits—Tho market is unchanged. Delivery is improving. A fair trade is being done in hares. WHEAT. The wheat market is steady and inactive. Chicago May options aro quoted at 153 cents to . 1555 cents; July 120 cents to 121$ cents. MISCELLANEOUS. Cotton —May-Juno shipment S.MJd. ■Jute—Marcli-April shipment £2O 15s. Hemp—March-May shipment £32 10s.

Rubber —Para 2s ssd; plantation 2s 4sd; smoked 2s sd. Copra—Marcli-April shipment £2O 15s.

The New Zealand Loon and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., Christchurch, have received a cablegram from London giving the undernoted market information Tallow: We quote present spot values for the following descriptions—Fine mutton 42s per cwt, good beef 40s 9d per cwt. mixed 38s per cwt.
