The “Daily Chronicle’s ” Copenhagen correspondent states that North Germans bitterly complain of a further reduction in the bread allowance. The Socialist Press declares that it is proof that Germany is lighting a. losing battle. ■ln accordance with the Government’s suggestion, many of the wealthiest have gone abroad. Twenty thousand have arrived at Copenhagen.
