REPORTED RAID BY BRITISH VESSEL • k HYDROPLANES TAKE PART. (Received December 28, 12.5 a.m.) NEW YORK, December 26. Renter's Berlin correspondent states that the German Admiralty announces that eight British ships raideel an unnamed' German bay on December 25, hydro-aeroplanes accompanying them and dropping bombs. Tt is declared that the raiders wero driven off and that throe of their ships were damaged. Tho raid appareuily was directed against Ouxhayen, at the mouth of tlu> Elbe, which is named incidentally in tho German statement.
