CHRISTCHURCH WORKING MEN’S CLUB.

The members of the Christchurch Working Men’s Club Defence Rifle Club fired the fifth round in the Spoon Competitions on the RedcUffs rifle range on Saturday. A tricky north-east wind caused a lot of trouble, and the soores were not large, Tho competition was over 260yds, SOOyds and 600yds ranges. The following were the highest scores:

A special Christma-s prize of a ham, presented by Mr S. Cockbum, waa won by Rifleman R. Piper. .
