The United States Supreme Oourt has ordered Harry Thaw to be de* livered to the New York State authorities to answer a charge of conspiracy in connection with his escape from Matteawan. The decision practically disposes of tho extradition problem, a 3 between New Hampshire and New York States. The conspiracy indict- \ ment still requires trial. It is likely that another year will elapse before Thaw is incarcerated again.
