NOTICE is hereby given that the ASHLEY COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to raise by way of SPECIAL LOAN under “ The Local Bodies Leans Act, 1913,” from the State Advances Superintmident. the sum cf £2OOO for the purpose of BUILDING a BRIDGE over the OKUKU RIVER together with ap-' proaches and protective works, such loan to bear interest at the rate of Four Pounds Ten Shillings per Centum per annum and have a currency of thirty-six and one-half years. It is proposed to pay the said loan in the said period by half-yearly instalments of principal and interest,' according to the prescribed tables.
