The terms of a Brazilian 5 per cent loan, guaranteed upon the Customs, have been agreed upon with London and Continental bankers, with the leadership of N. M. Rothschilds. Twenty million will be immediately issued at 90 to 91. Tho remaining five million will bo issued later.
