[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, June 2. In the Supreme Court to-day, WiT« liam Henry Trengrove, motor inechaniCj proceeded against John M'Gill for £57/. as damages for the seizure of a. motorcar. The claim was that M'Gill financed Trengrove in the purchase of the car, which he later seized without adequate reason, thus depriving plaintiff of part of his livelihood. The jury by a three-fourths majority found that the plaintiff consented to the defendant resuming possession of the car, and judgment was entered for the defendant with costs.
