The suffragettes Burkott and Monks have been sentenced to terms ol twenty-four months' and nine months' imprisonment respectively for incendiarism.

(\ cablegram from London on May 17 stated that Hilda Burkett and Florence Monks had been committed for trial for setting fire to the Bath Hotel at Felixstowe. The evidence showed that.the women were also connected with the Yarmouth Pier outrage. Violent scenes occurred in Court.)
