DOMINION FOEECAST. Dominion Meteorologist's summary and forecast: Tho barometer has fallen to-day, and moderate to strong northerly winds have prevailed, with increased cloudiness generally. Present indications are for an unfavourable change in the weather, with rain probabl? generally. The barometer is likely to fall for a short time, and northerly and westerly winds increase everywhere.
