OTIRA TUNNEL.

A FALL OF ROCK. [Faou Oca Correspondent.] OTIRA, May 29. A big fall- of rock from tho roof just above the lining in the tunnel occurred between ten and eleven o'clock last night. Tho fall happened where the ground was heavily timbered and was caused by one of the timber bars carrying away. Men are busy timbering up again. About forty truckloatls came away. • Fortunately all tho shifts were on wet time, and no one was hurt.
