GOVERNMENT HELP TO ANGLOPERSIAN COMPANY.

The newspapers definitely announce that, subject to Parliamentary sanction, the Government will subscribe two million ordinary shares in the Anglo-Persian Oil Company, the latter contracting to supply fuel. * The Government ..besides ordinary shares will take £200,000 in debentures in the Anglo-Persian Company, which will increase its capital shortly. Mr Churchill, in a motion on Monday, will ask for the authorisation of the purchases.
