MAIL NOTICES.
Letter mails close for the following places as under, subject to tho necessary alerations: Mails per express to Dunodn and south close daily at 7 a.m. and 11 a.m.; late fee, i.e., letters bearing Id additional stamp, 11.15 a.m.; also mail van up to 8 a.m. and guard's van 11.55 a,m. train. Books and newspapers, 7 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. FRIDAY, MAY 15. For Akaroa, per Cygnet, at 9 a.m.; late fee letters, 9/15 a.m.; guard's van, 9.55 a.m. train. For Dunedin, per Moeraki, at 12.80 p.m.: late fee letters, 12.45 p.m.; guard's van, 1.25 p.m. train. For Northern Ports,' per Maori, at 6.15 p.m.; late foe letters, 6.45 p.m.; guard's van, 7.40 p.m. train. SATURDAY, MAY 16. For Australian States, etc,, per express, to oorlnect with Moeraki, at 11 a.m.; late fee letters, 11.15 a.m.; guard's van, 11.55 a.m. train.
