AUCKLAND ARRESTS.

[Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, May 13. Norman Land'lo Tremain, a letter sorter, was arrested on a charge of theft of two postal packets, containing bank and postal notes to the value of 2Gs. Ho was taken beforo the Court and remanded. Georgo Frederick Eeles, a tramway motorman, was arrested on a charge of manslaughter, arising from tho death of Michael Rosan, who was killed by a car passing over him while he was working alongside the tramline at Newmarket. Ho was brought before tho Court this morning and was remanded, bail being allowed in two sureties of £IOO each.
