The plans include provision for tanks for the storage of twelve thousand tons of oil fuel, also large quantities of coal. The complete scheme involves an expenditure of £IOO,OOO. Mr Stowe will visit America to study the latest methods of fuel storage and secure the best machinery for transporting it.
