CRIME IN TUNIS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received May 12, 11.40 p.m.) TUNIS, May 12. Batt, Norwegian Consul, was assassinated in a railway carriage between Bizerta and Tunis and his body thrown on to tho line. A commissary of police attempted to question two youths suspected of murdering Batt. One fired at the commissary without result. The commissary fired, killing the assailant and he then arrested his companion.
