Mr Frostick, in thanking the members, said that amongst other matters to be dealt with was that of a town hall site, and he hoped that a site would be suggested that would give general satisfaction to the citizens. In regard to the oroposed additional rating, he stated that Messrs C. A. Wilson and G. M. Butterwortli would give their views on the subject. The president, in thanking Messrs Wilson and Butterwortli for their addresses, said 'that it would be interesting to members to hear the other side of the question.
