MR WILFORD AT MASTERTON. [Per Press Association.) MASTERTON, March 6. Mr T. At. Wilford, member for Hutt, addressed a large gathering here to-night. Ho traversed the legislation of the Government at considerable length, condemned tho naval policy and financial arrangements and advocated the bursting up of largo estates by increasing the graduated tax. He was accorded a vote of thanks.
