CANADIAN MOVEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. OTTAWA, March 5. Mr George Kyte, in the House of Commons, introduced an Old Age Pensions Bill on tho lines of those adopted by Australia and New Zealand. Tho Hon W. T. White, Minister of Finance, opposed tho measure, declaring that public opinion in Canada was not roady' for such action.
