CONSTABLE MURDERED BY NATIONALISTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received October 1. 12.5 a.m.) DELHI, September 30. Halipadodeb, senior head constable of the Criminal Investigation Department in Calcutta, was shot dead in College Square, where tho Nationalists hold meetings. Three shots were fired 1 . All were effective. Tho murderer escaped. ' The crime is associated with Bengali tinrest. Halipadodeb was tracking a political offender.
