Charles Becker, the ex-polioe officer sentenced to death for the murder of Rosenthal on October 30, has made an offer from Sing Sing prison to disclose wholesale political graft scandals, if the death sentence is commuted. Becker says he is able to kill politically all Governor Sulzer’s enemies.
