The Turko-Bulgarian peace negotiations have been concluded, and the treaty will be signed on Monday. Three secret protocols are supposed to concern Western Thrace. ALBANIANS UNCHECKED. MANY FLY BEFORE THEM. TERRIBLE ATROCITIES REPORTED. BELGRADE, September 28. It is reported that 50,000 Albanians are marching on Prilep, Prizrend, Tetora, and Kritchovo. Fugitives are crowding into Monastir. It is reported that tho Albanians aro committing terrible atrocities. Servia is hurrying reinforcements to the frontier. A company mobilised in Servia has also been despatched to support tho Montenegrins at Djakova owing to repeated Albanian attacks. TURKEY AND GREECE. DEADLOCK CONTINUES. CONSTANTINOPLE, September 28. The Porte has informed Greece that peace negotiations will bo renewed as soon as the Bulgarian treaty is signed. The deadlock includes tho question of tho restitution of Chios and Mitylone. THE DEATH ROLL. MONTENEGRO'S PENALTY. CETTINJE, September 28. The Montenegrin losses in the two wars are ga-zetted at 10,381 killed or wounded.
THE DIVISION OF EPIRUB. ATHENS, September 28. A deputation from Epirus memorialised the Albanian International Delimitation Commission, protesting against the territorial division of Epirus. PRIZREND SURROUNDED. (Received September 29, 11.40 p.m.) VIENNA, September 29. Tho Albanians now surround Prizrend. The Servian garrison is still holding out despite disturbances among the Albanian population.
