HAYWARD'S ENTERPRISES LIMITED.

The annual meeting of shareholders of Hayward's Picture Enterprises, Ltd.. was held at His Majesty's Theatre on Saturday, there being about thirty shareholders present. The chairman of directors (Mr P. A. Herman) presided, and Mr Henry Hayward, managing director of tho company, was also present.

The balance-sheet, disclosed a very satisfactory state of affairs, and after allowing for a dividend of 12 per cent, recommended by the directors, tho sum of £ll,Olß 2s f)u was carried forward to the credit of next year's profit and loss account.

Tho directors' report and balancescheef were unanimously adopted. The chairman, in his address, stated that negotiations had recently been completed whereby tho company had become affiliated with the Australasian Film Supplies Company, Ltd., tho result of which would enablo the company to effect a large saving in the purchase of films, besides obtaining the productions of the finest makers in tho world. 'Hie announcement was received with applause. "Messrs Stringer and Bridge wore reelected auditors for the ensuing year.
