PALMERSTON N., September 29. A representative deputation from the No-License League waited on the Prima Minister to-day. Mr E. H. Crabb, said the No-License Party considered they were labouring under a disadvantage in; having to take the three-fifths majo-: rity. They did not want to bring forward any other question except tho reduction in the majority. He would make this a test question next election. Mr Massey said he was not able tot give a definite answer, but within afortnight or three weeks the Govern-, ment would make an announcement a 8 to whether a Bill would be introduced this session. It would not be made a party measure; members would not bej asked to break their promises to th* electors.
