One of the arrested Syndicalists has confessed full details of the plot to assassinate the Premier, and has named his accomplices. GENERAL REVOLT PLANNED. LISBON, September 26. The confession states that a Syndicalist group selected five men to explode a bomb at Senor Costa’s house. When Costa appeared at the window, he was to be immediately shot, and the War Minister assassinated. In the confusion armed groups were to liberate prisoners and initiate a general revolt.
