The following are the results of the second round of the championship:—Mrs Oomeriuia beat Miss Seiby, Mrs Hamilton boat Miss Pender, Mtb Seymour beat Mrs M'Clatchie and Mi6s Knight beat Mrs Fisher. The second round of the Eelectio Match will be played on Thursday, and the third round on September 4. KAIAPOI CLUB. The semi-finals of the mised foursome championship of the Kaiapoi Golf Club were played on Saturday, resulting as follows: Miss Oram and Mr H. Leon Wilson beat Mr and Mrs T. R. Leithead, 2 up; Mr and Mrs T. Butcher beat Mrs Conlan and Mr H. Oram, 4up and 3to play. The final will be played'on Saturday. ASHBTJRTON CLTJB. The Ashburton Golf Club's last monthly medal (stroke) competition was played en August 21 nnd August 23. when the best oards handed in were as follow.— Seniors.—H. A. Findlay 94 (13) 81; G. H.
