NEW SOUTH WALES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY, August 23. A Cabinet meeting discussed Mr Wade’s censure motion. Ministers anticipated that tho motion would be defeated by about eight votes. They were emphatic that they were under no obligation to submit the Griffiths and Norton scheme to the House, which had already approved tho proposed railways. Air Wade, in a speech at Campsie, accused the Government of reducing tho country almost to bankruptcy by its wanton extravagance. It. was contravening one of the loading planks of its platform by borrowing in tlio manner proposed.
