HOCKEY.
RANGIORA LADIES’ CLUB.
Tho annual meeting of the Rangiora Ladies’ Hockey Club was held at the residence of Mr H. Jones on Tuesday evening. Mr C. E. Bell was in the chair. Tlio report and balance-sheet showed a satisfactory year’s working. The following officers were elected: — Patron, Hon D. Buddo: president, Mr W. M’Gruer; vice-presidents, Drs Burnett and Will, Messrs H. Dix, W. Guy, W. D. Johnston, A. C. Orr, B. Brown and B. Jordan; captain, Mrs Bell; subcaptain, Mrs Hawkins; secretary and treasurer, Miss O. Sharp; coach. Mr C. E Boll; referee, Mr W. F. Wilson. •Several new members wero enrolled. Thanks were passed to all who had assisted the club and to donors of trophies. It was decided _to enter a team in tho Junior Competition.
