THE LABOUR PLATFORM. Taylor's road eoheme; opening of municipal quarry immediately;'securing of a.site for' a town hall; all works, where practicable, to bo carried out by day labour, wages for labourers to be not less than Is 3d per hour; provision of municipal markets and cool storage in the city; unification of all civic bodies, and definition of metropolitan area.
