SUMMARY OF WORK DONE. [From Odk CoRRKsroNDENT.j WELLINGTON, November 7. The eventful second session of 1912 caino to an end about midnight. Parliament lias a fairly big record of work to its credit in spite of tho political distractions of a party character. Public measures to the number of sixty-one have been passed and twenty-one local Bills havo reached the Statuto Book. The session started ou Juno 27 and has included 69 meeting days of 552 hours, 80 after midnight, an average of eight hours daily, which is about the normal record.
