The Parliamentary Committee of the Trades Union Congress and the General Federation of Trade Unions adhered to the insurance commissioners' memorandum relating to transfer and the reserve values of insured persons, and now admitted that the interpretation placed on insurance by the Nowport Congress was erroneous.
