FIRE IN PAPANUI. A large house at 25, Papanui Road, owned by Mr F. Thompson, was seriously damaged by fire last night. The house was unoccupied and was noticed to be burning by a passer-by soon after midnight. The Brigade turned out and succeeded in saving the outer part of the building.
