THEATRE ROYAL.

MARLOW DRAMATIC COMPANY. There was another large find appreciative audience at tho Theatre Royal last evening to witness the drama 1 A Girl’s Temptation,” which was presented for the last time. This evening tho company will produce a dramatisation of Bret . Harte’s well-known story, “The Luck of Roaring Camp.” This drama was first produced in Australia at tho "Palace Theatre, Sydney, where it was a success, and since its initial production has been played in every centre of Australia, “ The Luck of Roaring Camp’’’ is said to be full of interesting incidents and situations. Suitable scenery has been prepared to complete the picture of life on the Californian goldfields in tho early days of the groat rush. Tho box plan is now on view at tho Dresden, * . * FULLER’S PICTURES. The attendance at the Colosseum last night was very large; due, doubtless, to tho very attractive programme which is being presented this week. “Vanity Fair” is the star item of tho programme, and it is most entertaining. The same programme will be shown at the matinee this afternoon, and again in the evening. WEST-HAYWARD PICTURES. Last evening tho audience at His Majesty’s Theatre was large and enthusiastic. The films screened were all of a high standard. Thero will be a matinee performance this afternoon. On Monday, included in the new programme which will be presented, will be a picture-dramatisation of Sardou s famous comedy, ‘‘Madame Sans Gene, and Madame Rejane, one of the £ latest French actresses of to-day, will play the leading part. OPERA HOUSE. Fasola, the Indian fakir, and the strong vaudeville company which is supporting him, entertained a largo audience last evening. The various items wero received with applause. This afternoon a matinee performance will he given, in addition to the usual performance in the evening. sydenham’ptctures. The Sydenham Picture Palaco was well filled last evening and tho current programme was well received. There will he a complete change of programme to-day. The new pictures comprise “Locked in the Vaults,’ “The Two-Gun Man,” ‘Millionaire Barber,” “Moonshine’s Trail,” “ The Swell Cowboy,” “Shifty’s Claim” and “ Cotton"’Laire.” The Empire Orchestra will play selections from the works of Chopin. Tho new programme will he shown at the matinee t-o-day at 2.30. OLYMPIA RINK. Tho Olympia skating rink’s winter session will open on Thursday. There will be threo sessions daily and a band will be in attendance. EVERYWOMAN. On Saturday, April 27 ; the J. C. Williamson management will present tho great spectacular morality drama, “ Everywoman ” at tho Theatre Royal. Tho’ drama is said to bo brilliantly mounted, spectacular effects being one of its greatest features. Tho scenes include New Year’s day on Broadway, New York; behind tho scenes at a theatrical rohearsal and a banquet. Miss Hilda Spong will interpret the part of “Everywoman” and her performances in Australia have earned her high praise from the dramatic critics. Tho plans will bo opened oft Wednesday, April 24. . 5 MR. H. M. LUND’S CONCERT. Tho concert which Mr H. M. Lund is giving in the King’s Theatre on April 18 promises to be a great success. It will celebrate his fiftieth year ns pianist and teacher and the _ programme will contain sevtera-l pianoforte solos which will be. played by Mr Lund.
