TFrom Our Correspondent.] GREYMOUTH, April 9. Water was taken across tho Teremakai River in the new water-race to-day, and everything was found to be in a most satisfactory condition. Tho official opening of the race will take place on Friday afternoon. The ceremony will be performed by tho Minister of Mines (the Hon J. Colvin).
