[Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, April 9. Delegates from' the four College football clubs met this morning. It was decided that the constitution of the committee should be two delegates , .for each college, and that the object should be to arrange details touching games with all visiting university teams ,to play the University of New Zealand. The . conference ratified the invitation already sent to Sydney University asking it to send a team to toqr the dominion. It was reported that a visit was probable and could be expected in September. A conference of representatives of College Tournament Committees also met. A special committee was appointed to draw up rules for the competition for the Hasla'm Shield, presented by Professor Haslam (Canterbury) two years ago for rifle shooting. Misses Hunt and Farnie (Otago) beat Misses Walker and Borthwiok (Canterbury). .9-2. Final: Misses Cross and Jamieson (Canterbury) beat Misses Hunt and Farnjo (Otavo), 9-4. Men’s Chn me ion shin Singles Second round: Smith (Canterbury) beat Thompson (O.togo), 6-2. 6-3; Jennings (Canterbury) best Partridge (Otago), 6-1, 6-0. The final round being between Canterbury representatives will be played in Christohurcfi. Men’s Chamnionship Doubles— Second round: Abernethy and Pareonson (Canterbury) beat Miles and White (Otago). 6-2. 6-0; Cleghorn and Parker (Victoria) beat Bruce Scott and Jacobsen (Auckland). 6-2, 6-2; Jennings and Smith (Canterbury) heat Campbell and Reynolds (Auckland). 6-1. 6-0; Partridge and. Thomnson (Otago) beat Brown and Reid (Victoria), 1-6, 6-3, 6-5.
