" EPIDEMIC IN ST PETERSBURG. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 25. There have been forty-two suicides in four days in St Petersburg, tho majority being by poison. A number of suicides occurred in the streets. The average ago of the suicides was under twenty-four. The League of Life and other anti-suicide societies have been fruitlessly attempting to stay the epidemic.
