NEW YORK, February 25. The United States has challenged for the Davis Cup. Tho National Tennis Association voted on February 9 that a challenge should be made, leaving the exeoutivo to decide whether » team could be secured. Tho president, Mr Wren, is doubtful if it is possible to secure a team.
