THE AUCKLAND FISHERMEN.
[Putt Press Association.] AUCKLAND, February 24. Tho dispute between tho dealers and the fishermen- was further discussed nt a mass meeting of fishermen to-day. It was decided to apologise to the public for the short supply of fish available this week, and express a hope that there would be a better supply next week. Tho chairman explained that the position was tho same as it had boon during tho. week, and dealers would not be supplied until they were willing to pay 2s 6d per bundle. The fishermen will meet again next Saturday.
