A message from Delhi announces tho death of his Royal Highness tho Maharajah of Xabhn, Sir Hira Singh. Tho Maharajah, who was a colonel in tho British Army, was born in 1843 and succeeded to tho title in 1871. Ho served in tho last Afghan war.
