A CHARGE OF “GRAFT.” United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. VANCOUVER, September 7. At Edmonton, Mr Olliver, Minister for the Interior, while addressing liis constituents, defied anyone to accuse him of graft while an office-holder. Mr Olliver, however, refrained from explaining how he became possessed of money lodged to his credit in a hank at Edmonton. His supporters are still hanging back.
