ALuntenante.- -Patrick O’Malley was ordered to pay os n week towards"the support of each, of two children in institutions. Mary Jane . Betliko complained that her son, vreorge Thomas Bethke (Mr Hunt) did not contribute towards her support. The son, in evidence, stater] that he had left his mother’s home in February ou account of her drunken and dirty habits. Tire complainant, addressed the Court at great length, but her remarks were unintelligible. The Magistrate . declined to make any order.—ln Grace- Amelia Nixon (Mr Alpers) v. Robert Stuart Nixon (Mr E. T. Harper), an application for a summary separation order and maintenance, the defendant consented to an order for 20s a .week with costs.

Affiliation;— William Ross, jun.'(our Cassidy) was adjudged the putative father of an illegitimate child, and was ordered to pay 7s 6d a week towards its support and to pay costs. He had to find a. security of £IOO that the order would be obeyed. Air Mosley appeared for the complainant.—Against Anthony Patrick Joseph Kane a similar order was made. Air Hunt appeared for the complainant.

Complaint Dismissed. Elizabeth Dempsey (Mr Cuningham) applied for a summary separation order against her husband, William Dempsey (Mr Donnelly). The parties had been married twenty-four years, and had eleven children alivo, five of whom were between the ages of five and thirteen years. The other six were away from home. The complainant gave evidence, and admitted having cohabited with her husband since the commencement of the Court proceedings. The complaint was dismissed ou that ground.
