INSURGENTS DEFEATED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, December 14. The Alexican Ambassador at Washington has received official information that tho insurgents were completely defeated at Chihuahua. Sixty were killed. Tho insurgents flod and the Federalists are pursuing them. General Prieto, the insurgent leader, was captured.
