' OXFORD. At the Oxford sale yesterday there was a yarding of about 3800 sheep, of which 2130 wore fat lambs, 843 fat owes and 477 fat wetliers. Prices wero: —Host fat lambs 14s to IGs' 6d, lightweights 9s 9d to 13s lOd, best fat ewes 12s (id to 17s 2d, others Bs 03 to 12s Id, fr.t wethers 13s to 20s 6d. Two lines of store sheep sold at full values. GERALDINE. There was a good entry at the Geraldine salo on Wednesday, though tho snowfall in the early hours of the morning prevented some lines from arriving. Prices were well maintained, especially for fat sheep, which in some cases showed an advance on late rates. There was a good demand for stores, but not many were offered. Fat ewes realised 9s 2d to 13s, fat and forward 5s to 8s lid, cross-bred 4s to 4s 9d, twotooth 14s, sound-mouth 14s lid, fat lambs 12s Gd to 15s sd, store ewe lambs Us 9d to 12s 3d, mixed sexes. 7s 6d to 11s 4d, fat wethers 14s lOd to 18s, stores 11s (two-tocths) to 12s Gd. There was a small entry of cattle. Steers realised £3 7s, fat cows £5, dairy cows £5. In the pig pens weaners made 12s to 13s.
