PURSUANT to the provisions oi tho Stand•ing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to Local Bills, the. Courtenay, South Malvern and East Malvern Road Boards hereby give notice that application will be made to the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled at the next Session for leave to introduce a Bill intituled " Tho Malvern County Act, 1910." The object of tho proposed Bill is to constitute the Malvern County, and for that purpose to abolish the present Courtenay, South Malvern and East Malvern Road Districts, which thereafter shall be deemed to be merged in that County, and to vest certain watercourses existing in the Tawera County in the Malvern County Council in lieu of the Selwyn County Council, the boundaries of the proposed County being more particularly described in the Schedule thereto. A copy of the proposed Bill, with plan showing the area affected, is deposited at the Courthouse, Darfield, at which place the same is open for inspection during office hours.
