Moree reports that Mr Stone, manager on the Keytah Station, was drowned while rescuing sheep from the floods, and a youth was drowned at Tareelaroi. Enormous damage was done in the Collarenebri district, where some stations lost practically all their stock.. The flood waters are expected to reach Brewaringo and Walgett on SunJ d,y - | THE FLOODS SUBSIDING. (Received January 22, 2.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, January 21. Railway communication has been almost restored in the flooded districts. The water is fast receding from thbl higher country, but is just commencing! to fall at Walgett, whore it is hoped | that the precautions taken will mini-1 mise the loss of property.
