AN AMERICAN TRESPASSER. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright OTTAWA, April 22. Midway between the East and West Haycock Islands, which are only five miles away, tho cruiser Kestrel seized the American schooner Charles Levi Woodbury, fishing for halibut, on the ground that sho was trespassing. Three rounds were fired for the purpose of scaring tho schooner away. The fourth round ripped her mainsail, and tho schooner surrendered.
