The Hon Arthur Drysdale’s action against Lord Rosebery was dismissed, tho Judge remarking that any injustice to tlio plaintiff was the result of the investigation of his accounts, which was a satisfactory one. (The Hon Arthur Drysdale, formerly factor of the Dahneny estate, sued Lord Rosebery for £IO,OOO for alleged libel.)
