C Bates’s weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-day: “Mbderate to strong easterly winds are probable north of New Plymouth, and increasing northerly winds elsewhere. Barometer fall everywhere for a probable change in the weather in eoutheru and western districts of the South Island after abour eute-u hours, and then, extending northwaris." MR PAULIN’S FORECAST.
