IN THE MATTER of “ The Municipal Corporations Act, .1908,” and “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908.” THE COUNCIL of the BOROUGH of A WOOLSTON hereby gives Public Notice that such Council proposes to RAISE A SPECIAL LOAN of £750, for the purpose of acquiring, improving and laying out as a Recreation Ground all that parcel of Land fronting on Regent Street, in the Borough of Woolston, containing .Eight Acres One Boor! and Thirty-two Perches, more or less, being the land comprised in Certificate of Idle, Volume 243, Folio 161, by the i.esuo of a Dcbenture or Debentures, bearing interest at. tho rate of £IJ per centum per annum, and hav- ' lg a currency of twenty years. . It is proposed to pay llie costs of raising the lonn and interest for the first year out of the general fund, and not out of the loan. It is proposed to create a sinking fund for the repayment of the loan by the annual appropriation of lii per centum of tho amount of the loan. As security for the proposed loan, and for providing the interest and sinking fund in respoct thereof, tho Council proposes to make a special annually recurring rate of 1-lGth of a penny in the fi on the unimprovod value cf all rateable property' in the borough.
