Advertisements received after ton o’clock each evening will be placed over the leader heading and charged double rates. All communications intended for the news or correspondence columns should bo addresscd to “ The Editor.” All letters and communications on business matter? should be addressed to "The Manager.” All communications intended for insertion in the " Lyttelton Times" must be written on one side of the paper only and accomnanied by the name and address of the writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith.
